`search` returns the products for a search term with the price anyone pays online, the struck-through price of a running promotion and its from and to dates, the manufacturer's recommended price (PVPR) with the shop's own "-28% sobre PVPR" figure, the price per kg or litre, the minimum quantity for goods sold by weight, brand, category, labels such as Produto Nacional and availability. Filters are category, brand, Nutri-Score, organic, Portuguese product and a whole-euro price range, with sorting by popularity, relevance, best sellers, price or name and up to 100 products per page. `category` walks a category, `promotions` lists everything on promotion and `categories` returns the shop's 968 categories. `product` returns one product with its EAN, discount percentage, promotions, order limits, delivery estimate, images, ingredients and nutrition, and with `store_id` the price at that store. `stores` finds stores near a point.

Can I download the whole catalogue?
Yes. `categories` returns every category id and `category` lists one with up to 100 products per page and the shop's own total on page 1. On 2026-11-03 the 16 department categories held 61,089 products (30,557 in the grocery departments), about 617 calls at 100 per page.
Do prices differ by store?
Yes. Pass a store_id from `stores` to the product call. In our measurements the Viseu hypermarket matched the online prices and two supermarkets were higher on 4 of 5 products, identical on every repeat.
Is the EAN included?
Yes, the product call returns the EAN Auchan publishes (12 of 12 products checked). Search rows carry the product_id, which works in the product call.
Which filters work?
category, brand, Nutri-Score, organic, Portuguese product and min_price / max_price in whole euros, plus sorting. Same minute, 'leite' went from 729 products to 48 Mimosa, 4 Nutri-Score A, 18 organic, 137 Portuguese and 147 between 1 and 2 euros.
What is the difference between regular_price and recommended_retail_price?
regular_price is what Auchan charged before a running promotion, with the promotion's dates. recommended_retail_price is the manufacturer's recommended price (PVPR), printed for comparison.
Does the product call include nutrition and ingredients?
Yes, when Auchan publishes them: ingredients, the nutrition table or the nutrition text as the producer filed it, plus every technical attribute on the product page.
How fresh is the data?
Every call reads auchan.pt live; nothing is cached.
