`search` takes a text query, a category id or both, and narrows by city, EUR price range, private or business sellers, identity-verified sellers and adverts that can be bought online; it returns the site's own total, the private/business split for the query and up to 24 adverts a page. Every row carries the advert id that `listing` accepts as it is, the URL, title, EUR price and the price change since the advert was posted, the per-m² price on property, the salary on job adverts, the town and street, the date the advert was last renewed, the short attribute line (year, fuel, gearbox, mileage for a car; area, rooms, floor, build year, heating for a flat), the promotion level and whether it is sold or reserved. `listing` adds every specification row, the features list, the full description, all photos, the view and bookmark counts and the seller block: name as printed, when the account was registered, how many adverts it has posted and whether the identity is verified. `categories` and `cities` return the site's own ids with live advert counts. Measured on 2026-10-15: `dviratis` (bicycle) 18,435 adverts, cars 41,780, flats for sale 9,125, job offers 10,528.
What a Skelbiu.lt field actually contains
Seven fields that need one sentence of context. Every row was checked against live Skelbiu.lt pages on 2026-10-15.

Measured limits: Skelbiu serves at most 200 pages of 24 adverts (4,800) per query, so broad queries report total_capped; a page past the end returns no rows with page_beyond_end instead of repeating page 1. Some car adverts are published on the group's car site rather than on Skelbiu itself; listing returns NOT_FOUND for those with the address they moved to.

Questions developers ask before integrating
Do I need a Skelbiu.lt account or a Lithuanian IP?
No. Search, categories and full adverts are read without an account, and you call reefapi.com from anywhere.
How do I search one category, such as cars or flats?
Call categories to get the ids (31 is cars, 41 is flats for sale, 53 is job offers) and pass category_id to search, with or without a text query. On 2026-10-15 golf inside cars returned 897 adverts: 556 private and 341 business.
Can I filter by city and price?
Yes. cities returns 61 towns and districts with their ids (465 Vilnius, 43 Kaunas, 119 Klaipėda). Measured on the same run: bicycles 18,435 -> 7,898 in Vilnius and -> 4,655 between 100 and 300 EUR, with no returned row outside the city or the range.
Can I get only private sellers or only businesses?
Yes, seller_type = private or business. Each filtered row then carries seller_type. Without the filter the field is null, because the site does not print it on the advert.
How fresh is the data and can I get the newest adverts first?
Every call reads Skelbiu live. sort = newest puts the latest adverts first (the first five were 1 to 14 minutes old in our test); renewed puts recently renewed adverts first.
How many results can one search return?
Skelbiu stops at 200 pages of 24, so 4,800 adverts per query. The response gives the full total, reachable_total and total_capped so you know when to narrow by category, city or price.
Does the API return the seller's phone number?
Only what the advert shows without logging in: often the first digits with the rest hidden. The full number, the e-mail form and car VIN requests sit behind Skelbiu's login and are not returned.
What does Skelbiu.lt not publish?
No first-posted date (only the last renewal), no seller type on the advert, no exact view count above 999, no full phone number. Those come back as null or as the site prints them, never guessed.
What is the Skelbiu.lt API?
