PcComponentes API & Scraper
PcComponentes is Spain's largest online electronics and computer store, selling its own stock next to a marketplace of third-party sellers.
🤖 Using an AI assistant? Copy this link into ChatGPT / Claude / Cursor — it reads every endpoint and parameter instantly and tells you if this API fits your use case.
This API reads pccomponentes.com as JSON. `search` takes a keyword with the site's own filters (category, brand, sold by PcComponentes or by marketplace sellers, new or refurbished, price range in EUR) and seven sort orders, or browses a category by its slug, and returns 40 products per page: product id, slug, name, brand, manufacturer part number, condition, category, price, the struck price with its type (PVPR, the recommended retail price), the discount, the 30-day and all-time lowest price, who sells it, stock and delivery dates, free shipping, rating and review count, plus the site's own total and the brand, category, seller and condition counts. `product` returns one product in full: EAN and part number, price with and without VAT, the struck price and its type, discount and promotion end date, the buy-box seller and every other seller's offer with its price, stock quantity and delivery window, pick-up dates per store, the rating out of 5 and out of 10 with the star distribution, the site's review summary, the specification table, attributes, description, images and variants. `reviews` returns the buyer reviews and `price_history` the price changes the site publishes for the product.
What a PcComponentes field actually contains
Fields that read differently from how they look. Every row was measured against live PcComponentes responses on 2026-10-15.
| Field | What it holds |
|---|---|
| slug, product_id | slug is the product's address on the site and is what product takes (a product URL works too). product_id is the numeric id that reviews and price_history take. Search to product returned the same id on 8 of 8 products. |
| condition | new or refurbished. The same product id can appear twice in one listing, once new and once refurbished, with different prices; the refurbished row's slug ends in ?refurbished. When that refurbished unit is no longer offered, the site opens the new product instead and product says so with refurbished_unit_not_offered. |
| crossed_out_price, crossed_out_price_type | The struck-through price the site prints next to the price, and what it is: PVPR means the manufacturer's recommended retail price, not an earlier PcComponentes price. Search rows carry the type; category rows do not, so it is null there rather than guessed. |
| lowest_price_30d, lowest_price_historical | The lowest price of the last 30 days (the figure the site prints under the price) and the all-time lowest. In keyword-search rows the site gives both in whole euros (69 for 69.99), flagged with lowest_prices_whole_euros; category rows and product give the cents. |
| seller, offers | seller is the buy-box seller: PcComponentes itself or a marketplace shop with its rating, rating count and store page. offers lists every seller of the product with price, price without VAT, stock quantity, availability, delivery window and shipping. A marketplace offer can show a quantity next to an out-of-stock status; both are returned as published. |
| rating, rating_10 | The site scores out of 10 and prints out of 5: rating is out of 5, rating_10 the original. Ratings and reviews are pooled across the variants of a model (8 GB and 16 GB editions share them); every review names its own product_id. |
| price_history | The price changes the site publishes in its price-history panel, newest first. Its lowest point can differ from lowest_price_historical on the product, which is a separate figure from the site. |
| total | The site's own count. A keyword can be narrowed to a category by the site itself (monitor → Monitores); applied_filters shows it. A listing serves at most 25 pages of 40 (1,000 products). |
Product price equalled the product page's own structured data on 8 of 8 products and the listing price on 6 of 8 (one listing was a cent off, one was a refurbished unit no longer offered). The same products read from two different networks returned the same prices, delivery dates and shipping.

}What the PcComponentes API does
| Action | Description | Concrete use case | Key params |
|---|---|---|---|
| search | Search PcComponentes (Spain) by keyword with the site's own filters — category (family), brand, seller (PcComponentes itself or marketplace sellers), condition (new / refurbished), price range — and 7 sort orders; or browse a category by its slug. Each row: product id, slug, name, brand, part number, condition, category, price, the struck price with its type (PVPR = recommended retail price), discount, 30-day and all-time lowest price, seller and whether PcComponentes sells it, stock, delivery dates, free shipping, rating and review count, image. Plus the source's own total and the facets (brands with ids and counts, categories, seller and condition counts). | Pricing teams call search to search PcComponentes (Spain) by keyword with the site's own filters. | query, category, family_id, brand, seller, ... |
| product | Full PcComponentes product record: name, brand, EAN, manufacturer part number, condition, category, price (VAT included) and price without VAT, the struck price with its type (PVPR), discount, promotion end date, 30-day and all-time lowest price, the buy-box seller and EVERY seller's offer (price, stock quantity, availability, delivery window, shipping, seller rating), stock and delivery dates, store pick-up per store, rating out of 5 and 10, review and recommendation counts, star distribution, the site's review summary, the specification table, attribute facets, description, images, variants and financing. | Marketplace operators call product to get full PcComponentes product record. | slug |
| reviews | Buyer reviews of a PcComponentes product: score out of 10 (and out of 5), value-for-money score, recommends yes/no, comment, pros and cons (Spanish original), verified purchase, author nickname, likes, media count, dates. The site pools the reviews of every variant of the model; each review names its own product_id. | Catalog enrichment teams call reviews to get buyer reviews of a PcComponentes product. | product_id |
| price_history | The price history PcComponentes publishes for a product (its own 'historial de precios' panel): every price change with its date and whether it was a promotional price. | Retail analysts call price_history to get the price history PcComponentes publishes for a product (its own 'historial de precios' panel). | product_id |

Questions developers ask before integrating
Do I need a PcComponentes account?
No. Everything is read logged out, and you call reefapi.com from anywhere.
Which filters are there and do they work?
Category, brand, seller (PcComponentes or marketplace), condition (new or refurbished) and price range, on keyword search. Measured on monitor (2,696 products): LG 159, sold by PcComponentes 1,292, marketplace 1,404, refurbished 292, new 2,404, 100-200 EUR 790. An unknown brand returns 0 rows.
Can I pass a brand name instead of an id?
Yes. A numeric brand id (from the brands facet in any search) is used directly; a brand name is matched against the same search's own brand list, and a name that is not on it is refused with the brands that are.
Do you return every seller's price, not just the cheapest?
Yes. product returns the buy-box seller and every other seller's offer with price, stock, delivery window, shipping and seller rating.
Are prices including VAT?
Yes, prices are the EUR prices shown to shoppers in Spain, VAT included. product also returns the price without VAT and the VAT rate for each offer.
How deep can I page?
40 products per page, up to page 25 (1,000 products), the same window the site serves. total and has_more tell you when to stop; a page past the end is refused.
Are reviews per product or per model?
Per model: the site pools the reviews of all variants. Each review carries the product_id of the variant it was written for, 16 reviews per page.
Do you cover the Portuguese, French or Italian PcComponentes stores?
Not at present. This API reads pccomponentes.com, the Spanish store.
What is the PcComponentes API?
PcComponentes API is a ReefAPI endpoint group for spain's largest online electronics and pc store: eur prices with pvpr and 30-day low, every marketplace seller's offer, stock, ean, specs, reviews and price history. It returns live JSON through POST requests under /pccomponentes/v1.
Is the PcComponentes API free to try?
Yes. ReefAPI starts with 1,000 free credits, no card required. PcComponentes calls use the same shared credit balance as every other ReefAPI engine.
Do I need a PcComponentes login or account?
No login to PcComponentes is needed for the API response. You call ReefAPI with your x-api-key header, and the playground can run live examples before you create a production key.
How fresh is the PcComponentes data?
The page example is captured from a live search call, and production requests fetch live data through ReefAPI rather than a static sample.
How many credits does the PcComponentes API use?
PcComponentes actions currently cost 1-3 credits per successful call. Failed or blocked calls are free. All APIs draw from one credit pool.
Can I call PcComponentes from an AI assistant or MCP client?
