Ripley API & Scraper
Ripley is a department-store chain in Chile and Peru, and its websites sell both Ripley's own stock and the products of Mercado Ripley marketplace shops.

`search` and `category` return one page of 48 products with the three prices kept apart (the crossed normal price, the internet price and the Tarjeta Ripley card price), discount %, the seller and whether it is Ripley or a marketplace shop, rating, review count, image, colours and variant SKUs, plus brand counts and the filter values. Sponsored listings come back in their own list. Filters: brand, seller type, price range, sort and page. `product` returns one product with the three prices, stock, EAN, model, part number, the seller with its legal name and tax id, category path, the full specification sheet, every variant with its own prices and stock, extended-warranty offers and the description; with a commune code it adds the delivery options there. `reviews` returns the rating histogram and the reviews, paged. `categories` lists the category tree with the path for `category`. Pass country=pe for Peru (prices in soles).
What a Ripley field actually contains
Fields that read differently from how they look. Every row was measured against live Ripley answers on 2026-10-15.

Questions developers ask before integrating
Do I need a Ripley account or a Tarjeta Ripley?
No. Everything is read logged out. The Tarjeta Ripley price is published by Ripley on its pages and comes back in its own field, card_price, never as price.
Does it cover Peru?
Yes. country=pe reads simple.ripley.com.pe with prices in soles; country=cl (the default) reads simple.ripley.cl in pesos. A notebook search returned 3,055 results in Chile and 413 in Peru.
Can I tell Ripley products from Mercado Ripley products?
Yes. seller_type is ripley or marketplace and seller names the shop. Filtering works: notebook 3,055 results, sold by Ripley 178, marketplace 2,882.
Which filters are there?
brand, seller_type, min_price, max_price, sort and page, each measured against the unfiltered count in the same run: notebook 3,055, HP 390, sold by Ripley 178, 300,000-500,000 CLP 194. Sorting by lowest price returned the page in ascending order.
Are the prices right?
Normal, internet and card prices in search rows matched the product record on 10 of 10 products in our check. Stock is the exception: use product, because the search index can still list an item that is out of stock.
Can I get delivery options for an address?
Pass a commune code to product (13101 is Santiago) and it returns the delivery and pickup options Ripley offers there, such as same-day delivery.
How fresh is the data?
Every call reads Ripley live; nothing is cached. Median times in our run: search 1.9 s, category 1.7 s, product 2.6 s, reviews 3.0 s.
How many results per page?
48 products per page plus the sponsored list. last_page and has_more tell you where a search ends.
What is the Ripley API?
Ripley API is a ReefAPI endpoint group for ripley in chile and peru: normal, internet and tarjeta ripley prices kept apart, ripley or mercado ripley seller, specs, stock and reviews. It returns live JSON through POST requests under /ripley/v1.
Is the Ripley API free to try?
Yes. ReefAPI starts with 1,000 free credits, no card required. Ripley calls use the same shared credit balance as every other ReefAPI engine.
Do I need a Ripley login or account?
No login to Ripley is needed for the API response. You call ReefAPI with your x-api-key header, and the playground can run live examples before you create a production key.
How fresh is the Ripley data?
The page example is captured from a live search call, and production requests fetch live data through ReefAPI rather than a static sample.
How many credits does the Ripley API use?
Ripley actions currently cost 1-3 credits per successful call. Failed or blocked calls are free. All APIs draw from one credit pool.
Can I call Ripley from an AI assistant or MCP client?
Yes. Connect ReefAPI once through MCP and your assistant can call ripley actions with the same key, credit pool and JSON envelope used by normal REST requests.
