How the Bien'ici API works
Bien'ici is a normal ReefAPI surface — the same four rules that hold for every other engine on the key.
No OAuth app, no request signing, no per-site account. One key covers all 587 engines.
Every route is a POST with a JSON body. Parameters are validated against the published schema before anything is charged.
Credits, not seats. Failed and blocked calls are never charged, and cache hits cost nothing.
One envelope everywhere. meta carries latency_ms, record_count and the endpoint that answered.
From a Bien'ici search to a map of listings with their running costs
Search a town with the site's own filters, narrow by words in the ad, then open the listings you want in full.
Up to 100 listings a page, each with price, price per m², surface, rooms, energy and GHG class, charges, fees, coordinates and photos.
Only listings whose title or description contains the words; the next page continues from next_page_token.
The full listing with the agency name and SIREN, rent and charges split, deposit, inventory fees and the price range of a new-build programme.

}Bien'ici coverage, measured
Every line below was read from live bienici.com answers on 2026-10-29.
Lyon sales, 3,797 listings unfiltered: price up to 250,000 gave 1,533; at least 100 m² 975; houses 138; 4 rooms or more 1,343; postcode 69003 709; new-build 148. No returned row broke its filter.
Three listings opened in a browser matched, among them a house at 980,000 € with 6 rooms, 180 m², 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, built in 1935, and a furnished rental at 1,280 € with 80 € charges, 893 € fees, a 207 € inventory fee and a 2,400 € deposit.
Every listing carries coordinates with the precision Bien'ici gives it: exact, blurred within a stated radius, or town only. coordinates_precision says which.
Bien'ici has no keyword search of its own, so query is matched on title and description over up to 600 listings per call; total is then null and next_page_token continues. A postcode inside a town with several postcodes (Bordeaux 33100) works the same way.
Search rows carry nearly every field, energy, charges and fees included. The agency's SIREN, and the title the site generates when the agency left it blank, come from listing.
Programmes publish a price range: price is the lowest, price_max the highest and price_is_from is true.
A search serves its first 2,500 results, up to 100 a page; France-wide totals are approximate. Contact persons' names and phone numbers are not returned by default.

Is the Bien'ici API a Bien'ici scraper?▾

Why does my Bien'ici scraper keep getting blocked?▾
Most Bien'ici scrapers break on anti-bot defenses, rate limits and IP bans that need rotating residential proxies and browser fingerprinting to clear. ReefAPI handles all of that for you — no proxies, no captchas, no maintenance — and returns live JSON. Blocked calls are free.

Need something this API does not do?
Name the endpoint, the field, or a source we do not carry yet. We ship new APIs every week and you would be first to get the key. Real people read every message and reply the same day.
Try it on your own data before you pay anything
The call above is the real endpoint, not a recording. A free key gives you 1,000 credits, the other 586 APIs, and the same envelope everywhere.
Endpoints, parameters and credit costs on this page are read from the live catalog and cannot drift from what the API accepts. Field notes were captured on 2026-10-29.
