How the SeLoger API works
SeLoger is a normal ReefAPI surface — the same four rules that hold for every other engine on the key.
No OAuth app, no request signing, no per-site account. One key covers all 587 engines.
Every route is a POST with a JSON body. Parameters are validated against the published schema before anything is charged.
Credits, not seats. Failed and blocked calls are never charged, and cache hits cost nothing.
One envelope everywhere. meta carries latency_ms, record_count and the endpoint that answered.

No returned row broke its filter, apart from one house-to-build offer that SeLoger itself files under houses.
Three listings opened in a browser (a flat for sale in Bordeaux, a rental and a house) matched on price, price per m², rooms, bedrooms, surface, floor, agency fees and who pays them, charges, deposit, building year and land size.
Search rows are SeLoger's result cards: price, surface, rooms, bedrooms, floor, energy class, district and agency. GHG class, heating, bathrooms, charges, deposit and fees exist only on the listing page, so they come from listing.
listing accepts the current id (263ZS4QSLYGF), the older numeric id (283831497) or a full listing URL, and all three open the same listing. Search rows carry both ids.
SeLoger publishes no map point for a listing, so latitude and longitude are always null; town, postcode, district, department and region are returned.
SeLoger's office portal files some offices as sales at rent-sized prices (963 € for 298 m²); they sort to the top of cheapest-first sale searches. They are returned as published and flagged price_looks_implausible.
A search serves its first 10,000 results, up to 50 a page; split a large town by price band to go further. Advertiser phone numbers are not returned by default.
