Every Greek e-auction, searchable and complete
Use search to list auctions from eauction.gr, the notaries' e-auction platform, filtered by auction date, posting date, status (posted, ready, completed, suspended, cancelled), outcome (awarded or no bidders), item type and subtype, one of the 13 regions, municipality, starting price, debtor name or auction code.
3 active endpoints. Every call is 2 credits.

How the eauction.gr API works
eauction.gr is a normal ReefAPI surface — the same four rules that hold for every other engine on the key.
No OAuth app, no request signing, no per-site account. One key covers all 598 engines.
Every route is a POST with a JSON body. Parameters are validated against the published schema before anything is charged.
Credits, not seats. Failed and blocked calls are never charged, and nothing is cached: every call reads the source live.
One envelope everywhere. meta carries latency_ms, record_count and the endpoint that answered.
Find, open, track
From a filtered list to the full auction record.
Rows carry auction_id, code, status, starting price, date, region and municipality.
Full record: parties as published, notary, notes, documents, photos and lots.
Results: awarded auctions of a month; detail adds the awarded amount.
A complete, filterable view of Greek e-auctions with the platform's own values and statuses.

}Amounts and statuses
Keep the price basis and the source's own status words.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| starting_price_eur | Τιμή 1ης Προσφοράς — the first-offer (starting) price set for the auction |
| award_amount_eur | Ποσό κατακύρωσης — the awarded amount, only on completed + awarded auctions |
| status / status_label | Stable slug plus the Greek label exactly as printed (Αναρτημένος, Έτοιμος προς διενέργεια, Ολοκληρωμένος, Σε αναστολή, Ματαιωμένος, ...) |
| outcome | awarded or no_bidders, completed auctions only |
| personal_data_withheld_by_source | true when the platform itself shows *** for names, tax ids and notes |
Amounts are EUR as printed by the source; no fees or taxes are added. A group auction has no price of its own; its lots carry the prices.

The questions people actually ask before wiring up eauction.gr.
Get a free key →Which auctions are covered?▾
The public eauction.gr search: real estate (12,126 upcoming on 2026-11-03), movable items (159), other (3) and perishable goods (0 that day). Upcoming and recent auctions are both searchable with date_from / date_to.
Why do I get 'too broad'?▾
The platform refuses very wide searches. A window starting 2026-07-01 (31,984 results) was accepted on 2026-11-03; a window starting 2026-05-01 was refused. Narrow with date_to, item_type, region or status. The answer is an INVALID_PARAM error with the platform's own sentence, never a silent empty list.
How does paging work?▾
20 auctions per page. The response gives the exact total, last_page, has_more and next_page. Asking past the last page returns page_beyond_last: true with the real total.
Can I filter by region and municipality?▾
Yes, for real estate. Region accepts a slug (attica, crete, central-macedonia ...), the Greek name or the platform id; municipality accepts the Greek name or id. The filters action lists all 13 regions and 325 municipalities.
Do I get the winning bid?▾
The awarded amount is returned for completed auctions with outcome awarded (for example 7,610.00 € on a 7,605.00 € starting price). The winning bidder is not published by the platform.
Why are some names ***?▾
After an auction is completed, suspended or cancelled the platform withholds personal data under GDPR and prints ***. The API returns exactly that and sets personal_data_withheld_by_source to true.
Is the floor area returned?▾
Not as a field: the platform does not publish area or street address as structured data. They usually appear in the notes text and the attached documents, which are returned with their links.
What is not included?▾
Bidding, registration, participant lists and anything that needs an account. Documents and photos are returned as links, not as file contents.
What is the eauction.gr API?▾
eauction.gr API is a ReefAPI endpoint group for greek notaries' electronic public auctions: property and movable auctions, starting prices, status, results and full auction records. It returns live JSON through POST requests under /eauction-gr/v1.
Is the eauction.gr API free to try?▾
Yes. ReefAPI starts with 1,000 free credits, no card required. eauction.gr calls use the same shared credit balance as every other ReefAPI engine.
Do I need an eauction.gr login or account?▾
No login to eauction.gr is needed for the API response. You call ReefAPI with your x-api-key header, and the playground can run live examples before you create a production key.
How fresh is the eauction.gr data?▾
The page example is captured from a live search call, and production requests fetch live data through ReefAPI rather than a static sample.
How many credits does the eauction.gr API use?▾
eauction.gr actions currently cost 2 credits per successful call. Failed or blocked calls are free. All APIs draw from one credit pool.
Can I call eauction.gr from an AI assistant or MCP client?▾
Yes. Connect ReefAPI once through MCP and your assistant can call eauction-gr actions with the same key, credit pool and JSON envelope used by normal REST requests.
27 Real Estate APIs on the same key
One key, one credit pool, one response envelope. If you are pulling eauction.gr, you are one call away from the rest of the category — no second contract, no second integration.
Need something this API does not do?
Name the endpoint, the field, or a source we do not carry yet. We ship new APIs every week and you would be first to get the key. Real people read every message and reply the same day.
Try it on your own data before you pay anything
The call above is the real endpoint, not a recording. A free key gives you 1,000 credits, the other 597 APIs, and the same envelope everywhere.
Endpoints, parameters and credit costs on this page are read from the live catalog and cannot drift from what the API accepts. Field notes were captured on 2026-11-03.
