Render a syntax-highlighted code snippet as a PNG with a carbon/ray.so-style window frame. 500+ languages (Pygments), 40+ themes, optional line numbers. Returns an IMAGE (unlike the deprecated NeutrinoAPI code-highlight which only returns HTML).
