# Krisha.kz — Kazakhstan property listings and full detail

## How to call
- **Endpoint:** `POST https://api.reefapi.com/krisha/v1/<action>` with a JSON body.
- **Auth:** header `x-api-key: <YOUR_REEFAPI_KEY>` — create one free (1,000 credits, no card): https://reefapi.com/signup
- **Response (every call):** `{ ok: boolean, data: ..., meta: { record_count, credits, ... }, error: { code, message } }` — branch on `ok`. Failed calls are free except verified SHEIN NOT_FOUND on product/detail and price (4 credits).
- **One key + one shared credit pool** across every ReefAPI API. Per-call credits are listed on each endpoint below.
- **Use it from an AI agent (MCP):** connect `https://api.reefapi.com/mcp` (remote streamable-http). Send the key as `Authorization: Bearer <key>`, or put it in the URL (`?key=<key>`) when the client has no header field, as ChatGPT does.

## Endpoints

### POST https://api.reefapi.com/krisha/v1/search — 3 credits
Search public Kazakhstan property sale/rental inventory, preserving source totals and pagination limits.

**Parameters:**
- `mode` (enum, optional, default "sale") — Sale or rental inventory; prices retain their source monetary basis. [one of: sale, rent]
- `property_type` (enum, optional, default "apartment") — Apartments, houses/dachas, or commercial property. [one of: apartment, house, commercial]
- `rent_period` (enum, optional) — Rent only: monthly, daily or hourly apartments; houses support month/day; commercial month. [one of: month, day, hour]
- `city` (string, optional) — City or region URL slug used by Krisha, for example almaty, astana, or shymkent.
- `rooms` (string, optional) — Apartment rooms: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5+. House rooms: 1 through 9 or 10+. Not commercial.
- `price_min` (number, optional) — Minimum source asking price in tenge, using the chosen sale/rental basis.
- `price_max` (number, optional) — Maximum source asking price in tenge; rent is not converted to an annual price.
- `area_min` (number, optional) — Minimum property floor area in square metres.
- `area_max` (number, optional) — Maximum property floor area in square metres; not land plot area.
- `query` (string, optional) — Source free-text title/description search, at most 200 characters.
- `owner_only` (boolean, optional) — Restrict to the source's owner listings.
- `has_photo` (boolean, optional) — Restrict to listings with a photo.
- `sort` (enum, optional, default "default") — Source default ordering, ascending price, or descending price. [one of: default, price_asc, price_desc]
- `page` (integer, optional, default 1) — One source page. The source declares at most 1000 accessible pages; page size varies.

**Returns:** listings with source id, canonical URL, title, KZT price and basis, rooms, floor area, city/address, preview, photo, source date text; source total, page, last_page and has_more.

### POST https://api.reefapi.com/krisha/v1/listing — 3 credits
Full public listing detail; supply listing_id or url returned by search.

**Parameters:**
- `listing_id` (string, optional) — Public source listing id; required unless url is provided.
- `url` (string, optional) — Public Krisha listing URL; required unless listing_id is provided.

**Returns:** Full listing with price/currency/basis and per-m² offer, rooms/areas/units, public coordinates and map-centre disagreement, all source attribute pairs, full description, all published photos, source listing status and public seller block. A view-counter date is not a listing publication timestamp.

## At scale
- **Volume:** 5M+ requests a day, measured at 60 requests a second across the fleet with no
  central bottleneck. Per-key limits are raised for high-volume accounts; volume pricing on request.
