# Goo-net Japanese vehicles

> Search public Japanese used vehicle inventory. Cards contain asking and total prices, source specs and dealer. Use listing for full detail.

## How to call
- **Endpoint:** `POST https://api.reefapi.com/goo-net/v1/<action>` with a JSON body.
- **Auth:** header `x-api-key: <YOUR_REEFAPI_KEY>` — create one free (1,000 credits, no card): https://reefapi.com/signup
- **Response (every call):** `{ ok: boolean, data: ..., meta: { record_count, credits, ... }, error: { code, message } }` — branch on `ok`. Failed calls are free except verified SHEIN NOT_FOUND on product/detail and price (4 credits).
- **One key + one shared credit pool** across every ReefAPI API. Per-call credits are listed on each endpoint below.
- **Use it from an AI agent (MCP):** connect `https://api.reefapi.com/mcp` (remote streamable-http). Send the key as `Authorization: Bearer <key>`, or put it in the URL (`?key=<key>`) when the client has no header field, as ChatGPT does.

## Endpoints

Search public Japanese used vehicle inventory. Cards contain asking and total prices, source specs and dealer. Use listing for full detail.

**Parameters:**
- `brand` (enum, optional) — Source brand route code. [one of: TOYOTA, HONDA, NISSAN, SUZUKI, MAZDA, SUBARU, DAIHATSU, MITSUBISHI, LEXUS, BMW, MERCEDES_BENZ, AUDI, VOLKSWAGEN, PORSCHE, MINI, VOLVO, PEUGEOT, LAND_ROVER, CHRYSLER_JEEP, ALFA_ROMEO, JAGUAR, MITSUOKA, ISUZU, MITSUBISHI_FUSO]
- `model` (string, optional) — Source car route code, requires brand. Example PRIUS.
- `body_type` (enum, optional) — Source body type route code. [one of: KEI, COMPACT, MINIVAN, SEDAN, COUPE, OPEN, SUV, WAGON, SYOYO, KEITRUCK, BUS]
- `prefecture` (integer, optional) — Japanese source prefecture code, padded to two digits in the route.
- `page` (integer, optional, default 1) — Source page number. Basic page advancement is tested; exhaustive national ceiling is not promised.
- `max_results` (integer, optional, default 50) — Local result cap for one source page; does not fetch further pages.

**Returns:** listings[], total, source_page, page_size, has_more, page_clamped; records preserve JPY and source man-yen values.

### POST https://api.reefapi.com/goo-net/v1/listing — 3 credits
Full public used listing detail: identity, base price, total and fees, specs, description, gallery, dealer, purchase plans and loan terms. Provide url, or listing_id and source_region together.

**Parameters:**
- `url` (string, optional) — Canonical public used listing URL returned by search.
- `listing_id` (string, optional) — 19–21 digit source listing ID; requires source_region.
- `source_region` (string, optional) — Two digit source routing code returned by search, distinct from prefecture.

**Returns:** Full listing object with separate monetary bases, raw source displays, attributes, media, dealer, description and source status basis.

### POST https://api.reefapi.com/goo-net/v1/new_catalog — 1 credit
New vehicle model catalog and variant prices, separately typed from used inventory. Price basis is the source new-car catalog price; fees, tax and on-road totals are not inferred.

**Parameters:**
- `catalog_code` (string, required) — Source model catalog code such as TOYOTA__YARIS or HONDA__NBOX.

**Returns:** new_vehicle_catalog record, source variant IDs and URLs, JPY/man-yen variant prices, source aggregate price range and specs; no used listing status or seller.

## At scale
- **Volume:** 5M+ requests a day, measured at 60 requests a second across the fleet with no
  central bottleneck. Per-key limits are raised for high-volume accounts; volume pricing on request.
