## How to call
- **Endpoint:** `POST https://api.reefapi.com/eauction-gr/v1/<action>` with a JSON body.
- **Auth:** header `x-api-key: <YOUR_REEFAPI_KEY>` — create one free (1,000 credits, no card): https://reefapi.com/signup
- **Response (every call):** `{ ok: boolean, data: ..., meta: { record_count, credits, ... }, error: { code, message } }` — branch on `ok`. Failed calls are free except verified SHEIN NOT_FOUND on product/detail and price (4 credits).
- **One key + one shared credit pool** across every ReefAPI API. Per-call credits are listed on each endpoint below.
- **Use it from an AI agent (MCP):** connect `https://api.reefapi.com/mcp` (remote streamable-http). Clients that add connectors by URL, such as ChatGPT and the Claude app, connect with OAuth 2.1 (the user pastes their key once on a ReefAPI page; discovery at `/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp`). Config files send the key as `Authorization: Bearer <key>`. `?key=<key>` in the URL also works as a last-resort fallback.

## Endpoints

### POST https://api.reefapi.com/eauction-gr/v1/search — 2 credits
Search Greek electronic public auctions (eauction.gr, the notaries' platform): by auction date, posting date, status/outcome, item type and subtype, region, municipality, starting price, debtor name or auction code.

**Parameters:**
- `date_from` (string, optional) — Auction (conduct) date from, YYYY-MM-DD. Default: today in Greece — the source's own default. The source refuses very wide windows (it answers 'too many results'; measured: from 2026-07-01 = 31,984 results accepted, from 2026-05-01 refused) — narrow with date_to, item_type, region or status.
- `date_to` (string, optional) — Auction (conduct) date to, YYYY-MM-DD, inclusive.
- `posted_from` (string, optional) — Date the auction was posted on the platform, from (YYYY-MM-DD).
- `posted_to` (string, optional) — Date the auction was posted on the platform, to (YYYY-MM-DD).
- `status` (enum, optional, default "all") — Auction status as the source names it. 'completed' = conducted; combine with 'outcome' to keep only awarded or only no-bidder results. [one of: posted, open, ready, cancelled, completed, participants_finalized, suspended, all]
- `outcome` (enum, optional) — Only with status=completed: awarded auctions or those that ended without bidders. [one of: awarded, no_bidders]
- `item_type` (enum, optional) — What is auctioned: real_estate (Ακίνητο), movable (Κινητό), other, perishable. [one of: real_estate, movable, other, perishable]
- `item_subtype` (enum, optional) — Property/movable subtype (residence, shop, office, plot, farmland, hotel, ship, ...). Implies its item_type. [one of: residence, other_commercial, shop, office, parking, storage, industrial, plot, plot_with_building, farmland, farmland_with_building, hotel, ship, other_movable]
- `region` (enum, optional) — One of Greece's 13 regions (slug, the Greek name as printed by the source, or the source's numeric id from the 'filters' action). Real estate only. [one of: east-macedonia-thrace, attica, north-aegean, western-greece, western-macedonia, epirus, thessaly, ionian-islands, central-macedonia, crete, south-aegean, peloponnese, central-greece]
- `municipality` (string, optional) — Municipality (Δήμος) — the Greek name as printed by the source or its numeric id (see the 'filters' action). Real estate only; implies its region.
- `min_price` (integer, optional) — Minimum starting price (Τιμή 1ης Προσφοράς) in EUR, whole euros.
- `max_price` (integer, optional) — Maximum starting price in EUR, whole euros.
- `debtor` (string, optional) — Search by debtor name as published (5-399 characters, case-insensitive, Greek or Latin as the source wrote it). The source withholds names after an auction closes.
- `code` (string, optional) — The auction's unique code (Μοναδικός Κωδικός), or its beginning (5-49 characters). Lots carry the parent code plus -001, -002...
- `sort` (enum, optional, default "date_asc") — Sort order (the source's four orders). [one of: date_asc, date_desc, price_asc, price_desc]
- `page` (integer, optional, default 1) — Result page, 20 auctions per page. has_more/next_page say whether another exists.

**Returns:** Exact source total, last_page, has_more; per auction: auction_id (feeds detail), code, status + outcome, starting price EUR, auction date/time (Europe/Athens), posted date, debtor names as published, item type/subtype, region, municipality, lot/parent link, thumbnail URL.

central bottleneck. Per-key limits are raised for high-volume accounts; volume pricing on request.

for bestprice.gr on 21 Sep 2026 and it was in the catalog on 22 Sep.
- **Support:** 2 minute median time from a question in the live chat to the first answer. Setup
help included, no support tier to buy.
